Cheer-leading Success


Congratulations to Abby and her sister for gaining Gold in the Cheer-leading Tournament in Auckland at the weekend. Abby, Jorja and Millie gained Silver.

Excellent chess playing

Congratulations to our Halswell A chess team who recently played at the South Island Tournament. They had tough games against some Dunedin teams and Cobham A and B and ended up in fifth place nbeing narrowly beaten by the Cobham teams on points.
Well done Nash, Eddie, Jack and Tatenda.

Chess Tournament at Rolleston.

A successful day at Rolleston with our A team coming second in the A grade which qualifies them for the Canterbury Tournament in Week 4. Our C team came second in the B-Grade. Congratulations to all players.  I was proud of how you played and behaved during the day.
